The majority of accounting professionals are familiar with QuickBooks, a software aimed at helping small or medium-sized businesses handle and navigate their financial transactions.
The software helps to simplify how to track business finances, but all of its features can be overwhelming if you’re unsure how to navigate them.

If you’re unsure about how to use a particular feature or you run into an issue that you need help solving, you can reach out to QuickBooks support for help.

What is QuickBooks?

Before delving more into QuickBooks support, let’s dig deeper into what QuickBooks is. It’s available as a desktop or software for Windows or Mac and it has many editions. It comes as either a monthly or annual subscription and it integrates with other Intuit software. Be sure to look into the specific offerings of each subscription level to ensure you get the features you’re looking for.

If you’re a finance professional, it’s easy to see the appeal behind this software. Invoicing, for example, is one of the main use cases. It can automate the invoicing process by setting up recurring invoices and scheduling them to the desired recipient based on your ideal timeline.

Accounting is another appealing feature as it can streamline bookkeeping needs. For example, it provides data in your cash inflow and outflow activities and makes it easy to print financial statements to get a visual on your company’s financial health.

Another appealing area of QuickBooks is payment management. Whether your business is online or in-person, it can benefit from QuickBooks. It offers online invoice payment via credit or debit cards and allows small businesses to run payroll.
